To make the perfect carpaccio, buy the best beef filet you can find, cut three slices of about 1 cm., press them using your palm like a hammer till they become 1 mm. thin, marinate with extravergine olive oil and fresh lemon juice, salt and black pepper, spread over the parmesan and garnish with mixed salad.
Simple... easy... delicious...
